New Residential Service Request

This request can take up to 24 hours to process. Incomplete information will delay the processing of this order.

In order to request an on order for new residential service, a minimum security deposit of $100.00 and a $60.00 priority service charge for same day service or a $30.00 service charge to turn the water on for the next workday or later is required. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM (excluding weekends and holidays).

In order for our employee to turn the service on, our insurance requires that someone be on the premises to sign the ON REQUEST TICKET to prevent the possibility of flooding. If no one is there, the meter will be installed and left in the off position. A green tag will be left on the door which will authorize the customer to turn the service on at the meter. If another trip is requested to turn service on, there is a $10.00 go back service charge.

BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE FOR THIS SERVICE.

Additional information may be required such as a copy of the deeds or lease along with proof of service from Alabama Power or Mobile Gas.
