Solicitation Description
Prequalification Proposals (Letters of Interest (LOI) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQ)) from General Contractors seeking prequalification status must be submitted by 2pm, Local Time, on August 1, 2024. Prequalified Bidders will be notified in writing on or about August 6, 2024, at which time Bid and Construction Documents will be made available to bidders.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the MAWSS Main Training Room at the Park Forest facility, 4725A Moffett Road, Mobile, AL 36618 on August 14, 2024, at 10am, Local Time, to discuss project requirements. Prospective prequalified bidders and subcontractors are required to attend.
Sealed bid proposals will be received only from prequalified bidders until 12pm, Local Time, on September 9, 2024.
