This project provides redundancy, longevity and added capacity to a 50-year old critical force main that runs parallel to I-10 from Eslava Creek to the Williams WWTP. Phase 2 is one of 4 phases in constructing nearly 4.5 miles of pipeline.

Cost of Phase 2 = $15.9 Million
